The relationship was great the worker was brilliant that supported us but after 5yrs it felt like they were a brick wall . Lost connection everyone we applied no feedback - wouldn’t let us connect with a worker to get guidance about reapplying 10 years later . Not sure why never got a frat a again after 2007

A personable and friendly approach, flexible and understanding. Unbureaucratic and straightforward 2 stage application process.
If you had one piece of advice to give to this funder (about grantmaking or anything else), what would it be?
The wide criteria make it difficult to know whether a particular cause will fit the bill or not.

Please reconsider that you do not provide feedback on unsuccessful application.
No feedback means we cannot learn from the process if we decide to apply again. We dont know if it is because we dont really fit your criteria, whether the evidence in our bid in any section was weak and/or whether some parts were strong.
I would not expect a discussion on our bid, but the least you can do is give us some feedback.
Perhaps there is a reason associated with this lack of feedback why less than 10% of applications are successful ?
I am an experienced fundraiser and totally understand that not every bid will be successful but there should be learning from most applications especially of this nature and such funders have a key role to play in this relationship and process
