Not bureaucratic and has good understanding of third sector small charities and their limitations in terms of resources. The application process was very straightforward.
If you had one piece of advice to give to this funder (about grantmaking or anything else), what would it be?
Continue to be mindful of the limitations of resources (time and financial) within small charities but recognising the value of the services they provide directly to vulnerable people in society. Feedback was also given in relation to the merits of failings within the application. This was very useful information for future funding applications to this and other funding programmes.

This was our second request to CORRA and we received both. The system was easy, open, transparent and fair.
Ensure that you have all the info you need before starting on the bid process. Be prepared to talk to one of their team members by phone. Be honest.
